  • All prices given over the phone are considered estimates only, and final price will be given by the technician on
    site, but the final cost will be based on the prices listed below.
  • All employees are paid salaries or hourly, so there is no aggressive up-selling.
  • Carpets requiring extensive vacuuming may cost extra.
  • All specials listed below include traffic areas only. Furniture can be moved and replaced for a small fee.
  • It is rare that we charge more for carpets that are extra dirty, but due to the time and additional treatment required, carpets or upholstery that are “severely soiled” will cost extra.

Recommended for severe cases of odor, stains and/or large sized pets. Includes removing/replacing pad, tackless strip, sealing subfloor, treating carpet backing and fibers, and cleaning carpet.

Caution

** When replacing carpet due to extreme pet urine issues, make sure to inspect sub flooring for urine. If the urine has penetrated into the flooring, it is extremely important to seal the sub flooring before installing new carpet. If you do not the urine in the sub floor will continue to cause odor problems in your home. We can seal the sub flooring for as low as 25 Cents per sq/ft (Sealing price based on all carpet, pad and tackless strip has been removed and floors are free of dirt and debris)
